Payment and Delivery

1. Order Fee Refund: In case of cancellation of your orders for possible reasons; Selda Jewelery will refund the product price to your account and / or credit card within three working days. However, you need to accurately and completely report your bank account information and / or credit card information to our company financial authorities.

2.Delivery: We try to deliver the products you ordered to the cargo on the same day. For products that take time to supply, the cargo delivery time is 3 business days as specified in the product detail. In case of possible delivery delay, you will be informed.

If there is no one to pick up at your address, we will try to deliver it to you the next business day.

We will not be able to allow products to be delivered without signature. Please make sure you are at the address designated at the time of delivery.

From the moment we deliver the Product to the delivery address you have given us or from the moment you receive it from us, the Product will be your responsibility and your own.

We will repair or replace Products damaged or lost in transit free of charge (including re-delivery costs) when delivery is made by our carrier, but only in the following cases:

In the event of damage, within 24 hours of the delivery date, and in case of loss, you notify us of the damage or loss within 24 hours of the delivery date we quote you after placing your order.

You provide us with all documentation for lost or damaged Products, and the original packaging for damaged Products.

3. Your requests will be processed to be prepared according to the delivery type you have determined at the end of the order. Products from our Istanbul based company will be sent by “Yurtiçi Kargo”. After your orders are confirmed, the lead time and delivery time for each product is done as specified on the product page. In cases where no information is shared, the products are delivered to the Cargo company at the end of 2 (two) working days at the latest after the order is placed.

Bespoke Order lead times are discussed when ordering. Once a Bespoke Item has been produced, we will contact you and arrange delivery accordingly.

6. Your orders will be sent abroad via “DHL”. After your orders are approved, in case no information is shared, the products are delivered to the Cargo company at the end of 2 (two) business days at the latest after the order is placed, and delivered to the customer in the range of 3-6 business days.


Payment Tracking:

If the system in question cannot perform the transaction due to any problem, our visitor is informed about this situation as a result of the payment page. A connection is established with the orderer regarding the order that cannot be delivered in case of any error at the specified address. The validity of the e-mail address specified by our visitor is confirmed by automatic e-mail sent after the order is transferred. We are also responsible for the bank that we use the credit card system as well as the customer in terms of delivery. Please be carefull! Open and check the packages that you think are damaged during shipment in front of the company representative you receive. If you think there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report to the cargo company. After the product is received, it is accepted that the cargo company fully fulfills its duty. If the product is damaged: Take a photo of the report you have prepared and send it to the e-mail address with a text explaining the situation as soon as possible. If you perform these operations, we will start working on your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible. In this e-mail, if you briefly explain why you want to return the product, you will help us with our work on the product.
