Cancellation & Refund
To initiate an exchange or return, please grace us with an email at info@seldajewellery.com. Kindly include your name, address, order number, and telephone number. A member of our dedicated team will respond within 48 hours with instructions on where to send your precious Selda piece.
When preparing your Selda Jewellery for its return journey, ensure each piece is nestled securely within its original packaging, accompanied by its certificate of authenticity. Kindly follow these steps:
* Enclose your jewellery within the Selda Jewellery pouch, and then place the pouch within the presentation box. Add a layer of bubble wrap or tissue paper for added protection.
* Place the certificate of authenticity and the presentation box, now containing your safely packaged jewellery, within another small bag or pouch before placing it in a sturdy box. Reusing the original shipping box is a gesture of sustainability we encourage.
* Ensure the jewellery and its box are secure within the packaging to prevent movement during transit.
* Seal the package securely.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. For peace of mind, we recommend insuring your return and using a secure, trackable shipping method, as you are responsible for its safe return to Selda Jewellery.
Upon receipt of your returned treasure (within 14 days of delivery), our artisans will carefully inspect each piece. Please be aware that Selda Jewellery reserves the right to refuse a return if the jewellery is not in its original condition, if any part of the original packaging is missing, or if there are any signs of wear.
Once your return meets our exacting standards, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, less any duties and taxes initially covered by Selda Jewellery. The refund will be processed via the original payment method within 30 days. Selda Jewellery is not responsible for any fees imposed by your bank or financial institution, nor will we refund the original shipping costs.
