At Selda Jewellery, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of each piece. We offer a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase on all Selda Jewellery creations purchased through our official showroom, online store, or authorized retailers.

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in material or workmanship under normal use. During this period, Selda Jewellery will repair or replace, at our discretion, any item that is deemed to be defective. Complimentary cleaning and inspection services are also offered once during the warranty period.

Please note, this warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications. Issues such as bent prongs, scratches, or exposure to harsh chemicals are not considered manufacturing defects.

To ensure your warranty remains valid, please retain your certificate of authenticity, as it is required for any service claims. If not issued at the time of purchase, customers are responsible for requesting it.
