The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. Since this certificate is also the guarantee of your jewelry, keep it carefully with your jewelry. The customer is responsible for the certificate, and if it was not issued at the time of purchase, the customer is responsible for requesting the certificate.

The warranty also offers 1-time maintenance of the jewelry in terms of cleanliness within the warranty period of 1 year.
